Gas And Electricity Data Help

I can't use the energy comparison sites because the data wrongly insists I have Economy 7.  There is no way for me to change it so I have to call every supplier for quotes.  This is time consuming and frustrating.

My energy supplier can't sort it out and doesn't know who can. I've asked a different energy supplier and they can't help either.

Can anyone help?

We had this problem for a long time.  In the end we gave up and had a smart meter installed.  When they did this the Economy 7 one was taken out along with the other meter so now only one to contend with.

I have a smart meter, shedman.  I had the Economy 7 meter taken out and replaced with the smart meter but the data hasn't been updated.

Who are you with? Maybe just switching to another well-rated supplier would sort it - OVO/Octopus?

My previous supplier OVO couldn't sort it and nor can my current supplier Eon.

It was EON that sorted ours out.  We were with them before getting smart meter.  They took both out and put smart meter in, just one reading now.

Eon is charging me for one reading, it's the comparison sites that are problematic
