Job hopping is not a good thing as your CV will reflect that you do not stay in a job for long and future employers will ask why. It is up to you to show that your are the right person for this new job. Listen carefully to what you are told. Make notes that you can study at home. Accept your schedule and do not ask for changes too often. It's a new store so no one will have seniority, you will all be equal. Now is your chance to prove that you can be a valuable employee
Abbey, you seem to be turning lots of minor little 'problems' into issues - I don't have an envelope, Boss A wasn't in today, how do I tell my mum? etc. Why not concentrate on the fact that for the first time in a long while you now have a full-time job, in a place where everyone will be new (so you can all settle in together, you won't be the new girl)?
