Bbc Quiz : Week 47
I got the first two questions right in the main quiz this week but then (just like my body shape over the last few years) everything went pear-shaped!
So that's just TWO out of seven for me:

In the junior quiz, some lucky guesses helped me to a score of FOUR out of five - although, annoyingly, I actually knew the answer to the one that I got wrong! (I simply clicked too quickly):

Your turn!

My scores today are
5/7, 3/5
Completely forgot what day of the week it was last night as I was busy putting up Christmas trees until late then enjoyed a well earned glass of Bailey's.
I wouldn't normally start quite so early but it will be difficult over next few weeks, plus I couldn't wait to see my new granddaughter's photo star hanging on the tree this year.
We've just sent off her first letter to Santa to let him know she has been 'nice' this year too. I'm enjoying it all!
Wishing you and the kitties a wonderful week ahead :-)
Hiya, Karamia!
Well done on getting some decent scores this week!
I'd usually moan about someone putting up Christmas trees so early. However I can well understad your urgent desire to get that special star, with your granddaughter's photo in it, up on the tree! 👶
Life goes on much the same as always here. I was hoping to get to the Stowmarket Christmas Fayre tomorrow, which I always enjoy (even though I never buy anything), but Storm Bert has seen that cancelled. However my friends from Italy are here for a few days, so we'll be going to Lackford Lakes on Monday morning (when the weather should be much better)

and then onto the Edmundo Lounge for lunch

The Troublesome Trio and I all hope that you'll have a lovely week - and that you'll be able to find aseveral more excuses to quaff some Bailey's 😊
The Lakes and the Lounge look amazing! Exactly the sort of places I would enjoy, so I am very jealous. Know you will have a fabulous time with your friends.
And yes, at £10 a bottle currently, I am finding a glass of Bailey's is a lovely little treat at the end of the day!
Remind those kitties (especially Chequers) that Santa is watching so no more cat fights! They don't want to end up on the naughty list! :-)
