I hope the above ladies are all well and enjoying life.
I'd just like you to know I miss you and always enjoyed reading your posts, AB is not the same without you. I don't suppose any/all of you would consider returning? Please? Pretty please?? π

I wish I could help, you always seem such an upbeat person and have a lovely sense of humour. Sometimes life just grinds you down a bit though, no matter how hard you try, I've been there and done that, one door shuts and then another slams you in the face.
I'm ok, a bit of a blip with health but π€it will resolve. Good news which might cheer you, is we have a brand new granddaughter, a tiny little scrap of life who has brought much joy to the family, she's 15 days old today and we will see her tomorrow when they come for an overnight stay on their way somewhere else.
Keep posting choux, (I watched bake-off this week and thought of you, it was pastry week π), when you feel like it xxxxπ
That is lovely news (the granddaughter, not your blip) you must both be chuffed to bits. I trust you are recovering from the blip.
I think there is enough doom and gloom on here without me adding to it, you will understand.
My cooking days are behind me now, I have no appetite now. Just so long as I eat a bit sufficient for the meds, I am ok.
Not got a lot to add to cheerful threads and I don't get out and about much these days apart for the medics. Just take good care of yourselves xxx
A message for you all from Lottie
// Hi all
Im still alive but not kicking!! Thank you Vagus for posting this. Just want to thank all the lovely people who contributed. I miss you all and several others but I will never come back as someone else, but may be as Lottie if allowed and if it changes I just got really fed up with AB as it is now, and with my poor health and worsening mobility,didn't want to contribute any more. It just made me feel depressed. I rarely look in.
We have just moved into a bungalow so that i can get about and downsizing from our lovely house in the countryside that we renovated ourselves and lived in for45 years has been sad but necessary. We are on the edge of town with the river at our doorstep and a nature reserve whose woodland is the other side of the road. But i feel i am living in a dolls house. I will adjust!!
Thanks to Pasta for posting this. Im glad i read it and sorry you lost my email address.
Love to you all.
