Pink Panther is really a diamond.

I think Pink Panther is a very good answer. It was the diamond that featured in the original film of the same name featuring Peter Sellars as Inspector Clouseau.

Just had a look at this section again and noticed that No.23 states American desert, whereas the correct question is American deSSert. Therefore, although white sands looked ok for desert it would not seem right for a dessert.
