Abbey, although it's disappointing that your friend now can't make the concert, it's not something to be 'really worried' about. You could ask around, see if any other friends want to go, are willing to pay for the ticket. You could sell the now spare ticket, through one of the decent sites, and go yourself. You could sell both tickets.
