The Israelis want changes to the ceasefire deal with the Palestinians.  In order to twist their arm they've resumed bombing of Gaza.  400 reported to have been killed in the bombing.

Israeli has also been blocking humanitarian aid going into Gaza.

I thought the Israelis wanted Hamas to honour the ceasefire deal re hostage returns etc. but the haven't.

They should carry on until Hamas is no more.
