A Bargain Or A Waste Of Money?

I've just seen an on-line advertisement for a Bulgarian army vintage greatcoat.  It's all wool and only costs £12.

I'm tempted but fear I'd look like a Bulgarian version of Claud Green grass in his ex-army coat.

Decisions, decisions.  What should I do?

Nearly half of the reviews for that vendor award the business only 1 star on TrustPilot:

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but my Swedish  - not Swiss, as I mentioned before - jacket has arrived and I love it. I was going to also buy the greatcoat in the OP, but it's now out of stock. 
I'm a bit annoyed with myself for not buying that one too.
