Just the same Trump. I hope the French stand up to him. 

Well it'd set a good example. But companies and nations have to reach that conclusion for themselves, not be told.

 

Does Trump intend to break contracts with non-compliers ? If he's going isolationist then it'd be in character, and companies can whistle for compensation. He won't keel over like a UK politician facing demands for UK taxpayers' money from the EU.
