Are The Taliban Competely Mental?
News0 min ago
I don't know if this is in the right category, but I recently wrote to my local MP, Elsie Blundell, asking where her constituency office was, only to be told that there isn't one yet but if I have an issue, please contact her case worker, Aaliyah, and they will deal my issue, so, here is a copy of what I sent:
Hello Aaliyah.
Thank you for your email.
The issue I want to raise is:
Why did Elsie Blundell accept £5,000 from Unite the Union for her election campaign, then, when becoming an MP, be a party to the decision to withdraw the Winter Fuel Allowance? That is two-faced hypocrisy. People like Elsie Blundell and Labour Party parlimenatrians are saying that tough choices have to be made. That is a load of BS. There have been no tough choices made when it comes to the elderly, the sick and the disabled. Targeting those people is an easy choice. The tough choices are to deal with the greedy utility companies, financial institutions and internet companies, who are just laughing at everyone as they rake the money in, and Labour is doing nothing about it.
I deeply, deeply regret voting Labour, and that is saying something from someone who has voted Labour all his life; has been a trade union official; has been a paid up member of the Labour Party and supported Labour throughout the tough years of Thatcherism, but I will never vote Labour again. Never. And I will do all I can to ensure that Elsie Blundell is kicked out of the commons at the next election and will be looking to her husband to give her a job.
The Labour Party started with Keir and will end with Keir. I hope they are decimated at every election in the future. That's how strongly I feel about this. Labour never, never target the weak, the sick, the elderly. Never, but they are doing just that, and people won't forget it. Start preparing for political oblivion, Mrs Blundell.
So Aaliyah, this is what I want to say to Mrs Blundell, to her face, not in an email. I want her to see my anger. I want her to feel it. I want her to realise that I am one of many and I can't wait to vote her out of a job. Bring it on!
