Computer playing up?

When I get online or on outlook the arrow keeps flashing in one place and a line (of type) will disappear and it will be at the bottom of the page, I can get it back but only after a lot of jiggling. Should I give it best and get another one?

Thanks, PhilBy, but I have not got a sticking key - I would have replied to this sooner but the computer played up. I will have to go to a computer shop, I suppose, how boring, when I would rather be in the garden counting the butterflies!

Thank you pcwork for your suggestion - i did click on both those web sites, one said I had 678 errors and it fixed some of them but then it demanded thirty five pounds a year to put them right and keep them right. I was instantly suspicious - is this what generally happens? I thought it was FREE!!! Forgive me if I expect too much - I was also worried to death as it quoted my name in the headline and nowhere did I reveal my name. It was my name not my email address - is this normal? How did they find out?
