advert for a newspaper

Can anyone remember an advert featuring a scene involving a skinhead taken from different angles(one running at an asian woman, one running away from an old lady carrying something) ? It was for a newspaper and the tag line was about "news from every angle". I would like to know the newspaper and if a copy of the advert is obtainable.
