my computer only lets me have 16 colors and 640by480 pixels and its been like this for over a mounth it all so afecte my print pic. color to. What should i do

The 2 are unrelated problems. The first is likely to be that your display driver has corrupted & needs reinstalling. The 2nd is the printer either having dirty heads or its own driver needing reinstalling

It might be that u have lost the screen driver....u might need to reinstall it. windows is probably using a very basic one....

Yup, definately your graphics drivers. It wouldnt have no effect on yr printer, tho. Look in device drivers in control panel -> display adapter, MIGHT tell you what card you have.
