Can anybody recommend the best carpet cleaner for around �200 ?
Should we get a Hot Water one ?

We bought a 'Vax Rapide', about three months ago, its very good, but its just going back, fir some reason it now won;t pick up the water from the carpet.

I bought a vax rapide in the summer and it works really well, I use it quite a,lot as we have 4 pets, one elderly who pees everywhere!

It brings my carpets up like new and they are dry fully within a few hours, I put old sheet s over the carpets until they are dry as I cannot keep my family off them!

I did buy the deluxe model, have a look on the vax website.

whatever you do DO NOT BUY A VAX they are rubbish ive heard good reviews about the bissell aroma cleaner which i am now going to purchase they are around �200.00

the bissell pro heat also dries the carpets

recently bought a bissell pro heat. excellent. recommended to my friend and she now has one too and is very pleased.

The Bissell Proheat appears to jusy heat up the water (to 25 degrees above the fill temperature) NOT to dry the carpet afterwards - unless I am wrong ??
