Battery gone dead
My radiator has a leak and the car was starting to overheat. I pulled outside a shop and bought some water. tried to start the car and the battery was dead. not completely, it doesn't actually turn over but the radio still works. Any Ideas?

If you put cold water in a hot engine that has very little water in it you would have the same effect as putting a hot pyrex dish into cold water both the engine and the dish would crack!
The battery and the leak could have a very big connection Manu, It's called the accesories belt.
If this is broken the water pump will not work causing the coolant to boil and be forced out also the battery will not get any charge causing a flat battery.
