I have started walking to work and back (about 40 mins each way at a fast pace) and go to weekly aerobics and kickboxing classes (one of each per week) is this about the right amount of exercise for a healthy woman in her mid 20s who doesn't need to lose or gain any weight?
id say so,well done to you for bein so motivated. I used to walk everywhere about 1 hour a day .... then i got a car as i moved town, ive put on 2 stone so keep up the good work.
