More than likely somebody has seen the name emerald cowboy and thought it was a western !

Many thanks prospector for replying. I had found all the answers you gave, but just can't fit it into the question. 1939 was the year the film Wizard of Oz was shown, nothing on TV though. Still a bit wary of Emerald buddha. I'll keep looking, have until next Friday.
