Monitor
Hello
I am looking into buying a flat panel monitor for my pc but don understand some of the terms.
Can anyone give me some advise about pixels resolution ,response time and Contrast ratios. I only use it for my digital photos and a bit of video editing and the internet.
Thanks

response time: lower the better
resolution: higher the better
contrast ratios: higher the better
brightness (in units cd/m^2): higher the better
Something like this should be ideal, though cheaper ones are available etc.:
