At the begining of the man u vs chelsea match shown on sky sports, a guy was singing this song, he was a guy that sung at george bests funeral and it was one of his best songs, anyone know what the song is?

I suspect ( as I don't have sky ) it is Brian Kennedy who sang ' You raise me up' at george's funeral. He also sang ' Vincent' at the funeral.
The George Best tribute song is still available, try e bay if not it is on Brian's last album.

I had half an ear on the song, it was Badfinger's - No Matter What, and I think it was Peter Corry performing it, who along with Brian Kennedy, sang at Best's funeral. Pretty sure this is correct! :)

no it is not the badfinger one, its much more mellow, it was the only song on sky i heard him singing right at the beginning, anyone sky+ it at all lol
