Eyebrow piercings..

Has anyone on here got their eyebrow pierced? If so did it hurt? I have got quite a few other piercings including, tongue, lip, nose & ears - i have also previously had my belly button pierced twice but it rejected it both times.
Is it likely that my eyebrow would be the same?

my sister wanted this done but ended up getting her tragus done instead she said it hurt like f**K

I had my eyebrow pierced when I was 15 and from what I remember it didn't hurt at all. It did however go infected which wasn't nice. I had it done again and it grew out. I was adamant and had it done 5 times in all! Now all I'm left with is a scar. I have a few piercings (used to have a lot more) and none of them really hurt with anaesthetic.

Hey, i currently have my tongue, lip, septum and 10mm and 3mm tunnels in my ears whch have all been fine. I seem to have problems with surface piercings i.e my belly button grew out very fast and scarred and so did my eyebrow which has left a horrid scar. Im not sure if the two are connected or not. I have also heard that having the eyebrow pierced with a smaller 1.2mm curved bar can help prevent it from growing out - as i say i have only heard this but maybe speak to your local piercer :)

I got my tragus done on Saturday and it was the first piercing I have had that hurt lol
(I have my left ear done 6 times, my right 3 plus a scaffold, and my nose)
Talk to your piercer, if he/she is any good they will be honest with you about the chance of it migrating

gloop what do you mean with anaesthetic?? I've never had anaesthetic for any piercings, I didnt know anyone did

my daughter pierced hers herself when she was about 15 - because i flatly refused to let her have it done she rebelled! it grew out however and she has since had it done twice more both have grown out. She told me today she is having done again at weekend. I cant imagine it hurts or she wouldnt keep going through it.i must say It has left ugly scars.

I've had my belly button peirced for the last ten years and it hasn't changed at all. I didn't know it could grow out!

Mycats, when I had my piercings they sprayed the area to be pierced so it was numbed. I'm guessing it's a type of anaesthetic or something. Maybe I'm wrong. I thought all piercers did this! I have never felt a thing while having a piercing done but it has sometimes hurt slightly after. The most painful was the middle of the conch in my ear. I couldn't sleep after having that done!

They didn't do that to me gloop. Just stuck a needle through my belly button.

That's strange. I thought all piercers numbed the area first. I got my eyebrow pierced 12 years ago and they numbed it then. I guess it depends on where you go. I thought it was standard though. Don't know how it feels without!
