Does this translate as 'where the spirit lives on'? I was told that it does but a basic google search suggests that it is 'peace and well-being'
Is pax bonum associated with anything in particular eg an organisation?
If it doesn't mean the above then what is the translation of 'where the spirit lives on'?

The phrase is pax et bonum and a fairly accurate translation would be "Peace and all good." Sorry, I can't help you with remainder of your question...
"Ubi anima durat" is "Where the spirit lasts"...ie in the sense of 'endures' or 'lives on'.
