mens t-shirt sizes

Hey i want to get a t-shirt for my brother but i dont know his shirt size.

He is about 5 foot 8 and is on the stocky size of average build.

What size do you think would fit him best??

I used to have this problem so I get one of the men of a similar build working in the shop and ask them to try it on.

i'd go for a large, but depends if he likes to weat t-shirts baggy or fitted
