Myson Kick Space Heater

I have a Myson Kick Space heater in our kitchen but it will only blow out cold air, when i switch it onto the heat button it stops working completely. Any thoughts?

If it is not an all electric modle, but one that is plumbed in to the central heating circuit then make sure the summer/ winter button is correctly set an if it is controlled by an external wall mounted thermostat, that it is calling for heat. Also check to see if it needs bleeding and is not clocked up. Other then that there is not much to go wrong with these.
