Hmmm, just play about with it for a bit and your skin should swell slightly. Then with your nails, get the little bugggger out. If you cant do it with your nails then use some clean tweezers...

Magnesium Sulphate paste is great for drawing things out. Available at the chemist.

I love doing things like this - I think I should have been a nurse! If you were within reach I'd offer to get it out for you - but it wouldn't be 'hands free' of course! lol...
