My sister and sister in law and I are planning a trip to Florida. My sister in law was charged with speeding 2 years ago and was fined �300 and 4 points. Can anyone advise re the need for a VISA, have tried to find out but the information on the US Embassy site is quite confusing.

HELP please.

Speeding is not an offence that requires you to get a visa.

The only downside is that SOME companies in the US may refuse to rent her a car.
