You can get it in Boots and its normally in the male section. I had a novice hairdresser give me a perm and literally burn away my hair in areas right down to my scalp and gave me split ends with the hair that was left. It was suggested that I massaged pure silvikrin into my hair. Not only did my hair grow back quickly but it became more manageable and less dry. I use it daily, just pour a little on the palm of my hand and rub it into the scalp. It also works on wet hair as almost a setting lotion. Its wonderful stuff and my hair grows quicker using it and there are no side effects. Its made from a seaweed extract. So now its a good shampoo and conditioner (that you wash off) and pure silvikrin lastly that I simply rub in to my scalp and leave. I have beautiful hair but the problem is I need a trim at the hairdressers every 3 weeks as my hair grows far too quickly.
I've just read the review about this product and I really don't think your hair smells of alcohol. When you smell the contents its a bit seaweedy, but after drying your hair there's no smell and there is no alcohol in it so the review was a bit silly. Sea kelp tablets must have something seaweedy in them but I would prefer to use a liquid rather than a tablet. It will work for hair but I don't think you'll end up feeling energetic or healthy because it is not intended for that purpose.
and no - I am not on commission for Pure Silvikrin but it really is excellent and should be used for quicker hair growth, permed hair, dry hair, alopecia, split ends and so on. Please try this Swizz and better still report back on this link because I expect others will be following your findings and your subsequent reply.
