anyone else had problems with medion laptops - im on my second in the space of a year and its faulty. Should i be entitled to a refund?

I had one of those and within a month it was useless. It took us a few weeks of arguing between Toys R Us and Medion but we got a full refund in the end.
I believe the law states if a fault develops witnin six months of purchase it is assumed to be a manufacturing fault.

It was exactly around 6 months after, im not sure where to go with this - tous r us are useless.
