There was, years ago. It was in collaboration with 'Father Abraham' and it was called, I think, 'The smurfing song'.or something like that. The chorus went something like, 'Dipetty-doo, Dipetty-day, Dipetty-dah, Dipetty-doh'.

Don't know if anyone has done a modern dance version but it wouldn't surprise me.
And damnit it beat Take That's 'Babe' to number 1.
There was also "I've got a little puppy" to the same tune as "I want to be a hippy" by Technohead. I hang my head in shame at knowing that.
There was at least 4 Smurf music albums, including Go Pop!, Christmas Album, Go Pop Again! and Hits 97. As for the Smurf Song, there was techno remix that was popular on the rave circuit, and Tony Gigaloo's "Smurf Rock".
Whay colour does a Smurf go if you strangle it?
You can't strangle a smurf. That would be blue murder.
There was an old electro tune from 1982 called The Smurf by Tyrone Brunson - is that it?
