I am reading the womens murder club series at the moment and i am on book number 4 and have the 5th waiting to be read, I am really enjoying them but don't usually read books in a series. Are there any other authors with similar books thriller/court room type books.

you could try harlan coben, linda fairstein, john grisham or michael connelly all of which use a continuing character in crime style books.

Try the Eve Dallas books by J D Robb (pen -name of Nora Roberts). If you do then you MUST (sorry to shout) read the first three in order so that you get to know the fascinating characters. She is a New York detective-lieutenant and one of the best-etched characters in the genre.
Also Val Mcdermid, Faye Kellerman, Jonathan Kellerma and Janet Evanovich
If you have time after read of all the above, you could also try Patricia Cornwell, Lisa Gardner and Tess Gerritsen. All have got series of books, and are in the crime/thriller/court genre.
