the only thing i've found this product does is to relieve constipation, does anyone know if there are any other benefits to drinkign this, it tastes delicious but i can't be spending all day on the toilet. :s

you can buy it from any health food shop. i got mine (symingtons) at holland and barratt, its about �2 for a small-ish jar of instant, or you can buy 500g of the powder version for use in machines etc.
