It could be so many things that it's too risky to just conclude that it's probably piles...you must go to your Doc & get it checked out, as it's a symptom that should never be ignored & there's no way to diagnose it without an examination.

I agree with PurplePixie, too many options. I had a similar problem which turned out to need a very small op. Leaving it can only make it worse. Go to see your GP ASAP!

Isn't it interesting that they edited out **** but not ass? You could have internal bleeding which can kill you if you don't get your ass to the doctors office.
