do you have a slow cooker. Mine makes the best in the world. Almost better than grannies own.

add a tin of carnation evaporated milk.

thats what my dad used to do and ive never had any better rice pudding.

Thanx's all, i like the idea of the evaporated milk, not good for the waste line, but eh thats life!!!!!
