How might I best proceed with my case against Darlingtons of Harlow, they are wanting to charge me �2000 and replace the gearbox and driveshaft on a 2001 renault scenic. They have deceived me on a part exchange deal by expecting that I foot these costs before I can proceed with the exchange.

You have not said, are you buying the renualt scenic or are you now the owner of it and part exchanging it?
