What are the children of Slaves and their masters called? I think there is a special name

What about mulattos? Strictly speaking, the term means a child of mixed race parents, but a lot of slave children came into this category.

Many slaves were called after the surname their master, which is why many black people have the surname Jackson, Williams etc

The children of white men and black women were called mulatto Children of white men and mulatto women were called mestee.
