referral order
at 15 i recieved a caution. and at 16 i recieved a referral order. i am now 20 and was just wondering if this will remain on my name forever and should i disclose the informaion when applying for jobs.

A referral order is meant to be the last punishment you can recieve BEFORE you end up with a criminal record. For legal purposes it is only regarded as such for as long as you are on the order. Which means that if you are currently under a Referral order and offend again the previous offence (the one you got the order for) can be taken into account.
