Just type 'summer skiing alps' into Google and you'll see any number of ads for all-year-round Alpine skiing opportunities.
These are usually on fake snow, which isn't the same. To ski on real snow (and have the freedom of all the pistes, not just a handful which are high enough / have synthetic snow) the latest you can go is about easter, though obviously it depends on the weather in that year. I would also advise against going somewhere cold enough for there to be snow all year round as underneath it will be pack ice, which is one of the most difficult substances to ski on.
There's all year skiing in Switzerland on the highest mountains. You get the best of both worlds by skiing on a morning and sunbathing down below on an afternoon.
