no, just flew premium and never saw them, I think they're upper class only. But the seats are nice and wide

of course not, sorry but you have to pay a lot more for your ticket to get the perks.But for extra room/leg space its worth going premiuim economy.

Premium economy is not that much of an upgrade the service is better, however everything else is just the same ... the use of facilities does not change. premium economy class may offer larger leg space but i am not sure you would have to contact virgin themselves.
