Hi ,can anyone suggest what i could do to increase my weight and stamina a bit.I dont want to have to eat lots of sweets and heavy carbohydrates .I have a BMI of 10 which i am sure is low.

Dont take this wrong but are you sure your not 88 kilos

Thankyou cocopops i should see my gp i guess but they seem to have a lot of advise around for people wanting to lose weight but seem to think if you are underweight its a case of stuffing in the carbs.I do eat sensibly but have found my clothes way too big lately.
If your 88 kilos = 194 pounds the average weight of a man at 30 i do know your a women
If this is right your bmi is 30.4
Can i ask i know i shouldnt but what size dress are you
ie 6/8/10

MrKnowall i have tried weight on scales both at home and in boots the chemist so the 88 pounds is correct

I thought you might of made a mistake.
At 88 pounds is like i said the weight of a 12 year old.
Anyway as all you hear lately are over weight people.
You can buy build me up powders,What i noticed the other month while i was taking vitamins,I couldnt stop eating so i came of them.
I do wish you all the best to gain some weight
roger to what mrknowall says. Had a friend with the same problem and she was proscribed weight gain powder. Seemed to work
