It'll have to be with your judgement but i would say at least 3 - 4 weeks.
Feed the babies 3 or 4 times a day but only tiny amounts and make sure you keep the water clean with lots of water changes.
Some of my babies are 6 weeks old and i can just begin to sex them.

Good luck
By the way- why are your goldfish and guppies together in the first place?

Goldfish are coldwater fish and guppies are tropical.

the tank is warm anyway from the lights, the goldfish seem to be surviving ok in warm water
