Hi, hope someone can help... We have just brought a 40 inch lcd TV and wondered if anyone knows of any professional company who will mount them on the wall? We're not really sure what we're doing and thought it would be best to get someone in who knows what they're doing. Any replys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You don't state whether your TV came with a wall mount, if so should have had instructions with it. If not you will obviously need to get one.
Any DIY shop should sell heavy duty rawlplugs(complete with screws)for use on plasterboard or brickwork.
However, you may also need to fit some sort of cable management system(CMS) together with shelves to take your DVDR and SKY/Digibox. In which case why not consider a ready-made glass unit that comes complete with a wall mount and CMS. No need to do any DIY with that.
If you need to buy the bracket/swivel arrangement, there's a good selection - at really good prices, too! - at:

I bought the double arm rotating/swivelling bracket which is about 105. Be careful of imitations - check the size rating. This unit is absolutely massive and will hold your TV without any problems (mine's only 32" so I can swing on it as well). As Parkesquay says; all you need is some really good fixings. I would not be happy fixing to plasterboard - use the studwork (wood beams) behind it; or go directly into brick. Any decent DIY guy caould do the drilling and fixing. Good luck!!
