Problems connecting to MSN

My son can't connect to MSN anymore with his e-mail address and password. We can get on using a different name though. It says there is a problem with the default gateway. Anyone know what this is?

Iv'e heard there have been virus's going through the MSN accounts. Chances are, your son may have picked up a virus on his account. If you don't have any, try using anti-virus software like 'Norton'. If he is unable to log into his account, i would suggest setting up another account. It sounds annoying, but if he can't get it to work, he has no other choice. x
