just to let you know once you start you cant stop 'cos the hair just gets thicker and darker!!

I'm not a Red Dwarf fan myself, but i do genuinely know somebody called Dwayne Dibely! I grew up on the same street with him when i was younger! How funny! lol

this is a hard question to answer, i would avoid shaving all together, it didn't do me any favours! try hair removal creams first, they remove the hair from the root and legs stay smoother for longer, and remember, the more you shave the harder and darker the hair becomes. best avoided at all costs!
