I am 26 years of age and have two children. I would like to study interior design at home in preperation for when my children start school and I can start work again. I have been looking at home study courses but I am a bit confused as to what qualifications I gain at the end of the course as they all seem to be different. Can you help in putting me on the right track to the best course and qualifications to enable me to get a job in this field?

No I meant Interior Designer. I have looked into the course in detail. The course takes approximately two years to complete and since posting this question I have spoken to an Interior Designer who qualified in this way.

Many thanks though for your thoughts.
