slimming tea

Has anyone tried chinese slimming tea and did it work.There are several different slimming teas you can buy but they all say they will help you shed pounds.
Im already on a healthy eating plan but if these teas work then i would give them a go

If there were such a simple solution the NHS would be prescribing it.

I remember years ago Sam Fox's then boyfriend being prosecuted for claiming tea had slimming properties when it didn't.

They do not work!

i hear drinking green tea helps worth a try its only cheap . like 1.30 a box of 20 tea bags

There is no such thing as a slimming tea or a slimming anything else for that matter. The only way to lose weight is by eating fewer calories than you burn through day to day activities and/or exercise. No rocket science, no magic recipes.

my aunt drinks it it's feiyan tea i think that how it's spelt.
it apparently makes you run to the loo for number two's.

When you drink tea it fills your stomach for a while so you're less likely to nibble. Some chinese teas (especially black teas) do really make you feel full!
By drinking any liquids you're flushing toxins out of the body but water is best for this.

I have bought the following teas in the last few weeks, fayen tea, oolong tea and pu-erh tea........and i'm sorry to say this, but they make you sh*t through the eye of a needle, thats why they claim to make you lose weight, I for one can't live like that ....Driving home and all of a sudden nature demands ! not nice and I certainly won't be doing that regular...if you are in desperate need to try them, make sure you have access to a loo! Ok for a few a few days detox at home but not for a busy working person, plus i take the Pill and can't afford to be having that kind of stomach pattern or they'll be one past the goaly !!

I read that fennel tea helps to supress hunger pains. Tastes nice too aniseed.
