I tend to think not, because it will effectively be death by papparazzi. The media will be all over it like a rash and will let the insugents know all the details they need to attack Harry's unit. So I think for the sake of the others around him we should use a bit of common sense and not send him.
Reverandfunk has took the words right out of my mouth, why ever was this not looked into before he joined up?
Surely he could if he wanted, still have worn a nice smart uniform without joining up, just like his Auntie Anne.
And all this admiration being bestowed on him for wanting to go to Iraq, and him threatning to resign his commission if he isn't allowed to go, how do we know this is true? we are only told this is so.
lol elvis68 yes we have had a few heated debates lol and yes i think you talk a lot of sense but whatever media stalks harry [if he goes] they will put him and his troops in danger.........
Hasn't Britain made enough mistakes over Iraq ?
Being brashly provocative, to add insult to injury, would
be unforgiveable.
Does no-one remember the national outpourings
of grief when Princess Di was killed in an accident ?
The suggestion that we provoke the Iraqis by sending
a hostile prince into their merciful hands is beyond all reason .Maybe the fiasco of British sailors being held captive in Iran was too long ago to be remembered?
Can't we ever learn anything...anything ?
