But it isn’t always that easy.
And he isn’t a good example of a job changer because he has so many advantages over a normal person.

i must admit its a daft statement, many of us couldn't afford to leave, not when you have large bills to pay. I was unhappy in one job and put up with it for some years before being offered a different role in the same company, the pay zoomed up and i was a happy camper, till i got made redundant...
