12volt socket?

There is a 12volt socket in the back of my Renault Scenic which i thought was the same fitting as my cigar lighter but apparently it's not.I want to plug a 12volt T/V in but don't know what lead to purchase! Can anyone help?

My Renault Laguna has sockets in the centre glove box, boot and cig lighter, they all take the normal same plug.

go to maplins or your local car spares shop or at a pinch halfords. they will all sell cigarette lighter plugs. all you do then is connect the lead you have for the tv to the plug, make sure you get possitive and negative to the correct parts of the plug.
please note that these tv's and such, use quite a lot of power so be carefull about flattening the battery.!!!
