The online translator I use translates the phrase as

Such handsome things

Does that make sense ?

hhhmmm not quite... it wa sput at the end of a message so seemed more like a finish to a message such as regards speak soon .... wishing you good health kinda thing I think...
Usually "Ciao a presto tante belle cose" - "Goodbye and I wish you many nice things" - or as we say "Goodbye and all the best".
I would translate the phrase as "so many beautiful things".
Tanto means 'so much' (plural, 'so many') or 'as much' (plural 'as many'). Bello means beautiful, handsome, fine. Cosa (plural cose) means thing, matter (as in 'the matter we were talking about'). MustafaTickl seems to know what he's talking about, so, if your phrase occurs in a context such as the one he gives, I'd go with his translation.
