Marinades

I have just bought 2 organic marinades which look very yummy.... they are

1. Red wine, rosemary and thyme
2. Balsamic, garlic and rosemary

I also have some pork steaks and turkey steaks, which would be best on which? Or do I need to rush out and buy some red meat?

I think either would go with either! They sound very yummy what make are they and where did you buy?
