I saw Ainsley Harriott using some cast pans on a repeat of Gourmet Express I think. They looked grey, rather than the usual black cast iron. They also looked non-stick.

Does anyine know what they are? has anyone got some and can comment on what they're like to cook with/ clean?

i have seen these pans advertised on the shopping channels on the telly, cast iron but no-stick and they did work great but cant remember the channel name, but it wasnt an auction one, hope this helps
Didn't see the show, but 9 times out of ten if a cookery show uses cast iron pans they are Le Creuset and some have non stick interiors as well. Very expensive in the UK (compared to France), very heavy but very very good. Took me years to build my set but worth every penny and they will last a lifetime of serious cooking.

On quite a few of the cooking shows they tend to use Circulon pans by Meyer - these are non stick and heavier than your average pan. They have a lifetime guarantee with them.
